Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) 
Per Diem| $17 - $19 per hour 
Fox Trail Memory Care | Green Brook, NJ

Available Shifts: 

• 7 am to 3 pm
• 3 pm to 11 pm
• 11 pm to 7 am 

Please note: Per diem team members are required to pick up a minimum of two shifts per month. Shift availability is based on the PRN schedule.

 

What You’ll Do: 

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide compassionate support tailored to individuals living with memory impairment
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality care
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

What You'll Need: 

• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Active CHHA certification in New Jersey (required) 
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions and communicate in English (required) 
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
