Full Stack Java Developer

Insight Global is looking to add a Full Stack Java Developer to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This person will be supporting our client's Ordering Integration Services (OIS) which is the set of APIs that facilitate a client to retrieve backend data as well submit an order to billing systems. One example might be, a technician is at a job at a residential home and needs access to a wifi offer to provide to the customer. This team is working towards having that data readily available on their mobile device that routes directly to the biller. These individuals will be working alongside 20 other developers across 5 teams supporting 5 different domains. This team is responsible for identifying ways to design new features for their back end system that will allow their clients to access certain data, as opposed to going directly to the biller. These developers will be working in a springboot framework supporting API development. Thus will consist of new development and enhancements. Their work will consist of Web and REST API development and using Camunda to deploy workflows and automate decisions. This role is on site 4 days a week and 1 remote in St. Louis, MO.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of java development experience
Experience with Springboot framework
Rest and webservices API development
Strong communication skills
Ability to own their own code and explain to stakeholders as needed
Experience in an agile environment

Cloud experience
Camunda experience
