Dialysis Technician End Stage Renal Disease
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3 AM to 5 PM.
Assignment Details: Full-time position, working with a typical staffing ratio of 1 technician per 4 patients and 1 registered nurse per shift for a total of 8 to 12 patients per shift.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in dialysis, specifically with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
- Current certifications: CCHT and BLS.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Renvio.
- Any scrub color is acceptable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in EMR.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
