Patient Care Technicians - PCT

Patient Care Technician (PCT) in Hemodialysis
The position involves working in a 12-chair ESRD facility. Staffing ratios typically consist of 1 technician for every 4 patients. There is 1 registered nurse per shift, overseeing a total of 8 to 12 patients. Shifts are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 AM to 5 PM. The work environment requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Techs may wear any color scrubs. Experience with EMR systems, specifically Renvio, is beneficial. Candidates should exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
