Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience working within a school setting, particularly at the primary or elementary level
• Demonstrated skill in supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
• Familiarity with the ARD process and special education procedures
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct onsite support to assigned primary and elementary campuses
• Oversee and mentor assigned SLPA(s), ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students as needed
• Actively participate in and facilitate ARD meetings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with district and regulatory guidelines
• Note: This position does not involve therapy services
