Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you’ll focus on evaluation and supervision rather than delivering therapy. Lead the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), complete thorough speech-language assessments, and facilitate ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings, helping craft effective individualized education plans.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas (SLP-CCC required)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech-language evaluation processes
• Comfortable supervising SLPAs and overseeing their work
• Skilled in collaborating with education teams and participating in ARD meetings
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to ensure best practices and compliance
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments in accordance with school district policies
• Facilitate and participate in ARD meetings as a dedicated team resource
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for student progress and assessments
• Collaborate with faculty, families, and other professionals to optimize student support

This position offers a consistent full-time schedule—40 hours per week—across a selection of primary and elementary campuses, allowing you to hone your skills and grow professionally in a supportive educational environment.
