As a Hospice Music Therapist with Autumn Lake Careers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. About the Role: As a Hospice Music Therapist, you will provide music therapy services to patients in our hospice care program. You will use music to promote emotional and physical well-being, alleviate symptoms, and improve quality of life. This is a per diem position with varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
