As a Maintenance Technician at Presbyterian Oaks II & III , you’ll be at the heart of that mission: ensuring our residents live in well-maintained, comfortable, and safe spaces they’re proud to call home. This is more than a maintenance job, it’s a chance to be a key part o f a supportive team, grow your skills, and make a real difference in your community. What You’ll Do: Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.). Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly, efficiently, and with care, Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly, Help maintain excellent curb appeal : remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more. Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and occasional holiday/weekend support. Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures. Collaborate with team members and vendors and always go the extra mile for residents.
