Warehouse Logistics Manager

Job Overview Warehouse Logistics Manager – Hazelwood, MO (Supply Chain Solutions division) Pay: $82,000–$89,000 per year (salary paid twice per month), plus up to 10% annual bonus. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00pm–12:00am. Responsibilities Manage the performance of senior and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs, expectations, and operate the account to meet those demands. Handle payroll for employees. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability and produce financial and operational reports. Oversee accounts payable, obtain vendor quotes, and manage customer invoicing. Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned and remain available for flexible scheduling across work shifts. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. Three (3) or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or a related field. Two (2) or more years of experience managing and leading direct reports. Advanced knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations. Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required). Bilingual English/French a plus (for Quebec locations only). Essential Skills & Abilities Build and manage effective teams. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
