Medical Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Licenses: MLT-HI OR Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist, Laboratory Licenses: MT-HI SSN Required DOB Required MUST HAVE ACTIVE HI LIC AS BOARD IS TAKING 8-10 WEEKS MUST HAVE HOUSING CONFIRMED WITH IN A WEEK OF BOOKING PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SET EXPECTATIONS OF THE EXPENSE OF HOUSING/CAR/LIVING EXPENSES One week of training on Oahu will be required before starting on the Big Island
