HumanGood community is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our senior living community in the Healthcare & Social Assistance sector. In this on-site role, you’ll perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and preventive work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, as well as resident units and common areas. You’ll ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for older adults while adhering to life safety and regulatory standards.
