Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a PRN Case Manager to support discharge planning, utilization reviews, and social work services for critically ill patients in a world-class inpatient setting. Requires current licensure in a clinical discipline (RN/LPN/RT) or SW/MSW per state guidelines; previous discharge planning experience is preferred. Availability for at least 2 shifts per month on weekdays 8 a.m.–5 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Specialty Hospital
