Job Details Head Bartender Wanted – High-Volume, Upscale NYC Venue Location: Oscar Wilde Company: CDG Group We are seeking an experienced and driven Head Bartender to lead the bar program at one of NYC’s most iconic, high-energy venues. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, visually driven, and guest-focused environment. If you understand both high-volume execution and elevated cocktail culture, this is your opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic bar operation. What You’ll Be Responsible For Oversee and execute the entire bar program Create and maintain seasonal and themed cocktail menus Ensure consistency, speed, and presentation standards Manage inventory, ordering, and liquor cost control Train, coach, and develop bartenders and barbacks Work closely with management on events, promotions, and activations Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak service What We’re Looking For Minimum 4–5 years bartending experience (NYC high-volume preferred) Prior leadership experience (Lead or Head Bartender) Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails Ability to handle high-volume service without compromising quality Experience with inventory systems and cost management High energy, strong communication, and leadership skills Availability for nights, weekends, and events What We Offer Competitive wages + performance-based incentives Opportunity to lead a creative and evolving bar program Growth within a multi-location hospitality group Work in a high-profile, experience-driven venue #J-18808-Ljbffr Manhattan Mixology
