Cleaning Attendant

Join Carter Myers Automotive's Williamsburg Ford and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment. This role is key to delivering a positive experience for both customers and employees.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• No evenings
• No weekends
• Closed Sundays

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of showroom, service areas, offices, and waiting areas
• Clean and maintain restrooms and breakrooms
• Sweep, mop, and clean high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling
• Monitor and restock cleaning and facility supplies
• Assist with facility inspections and event setup
• Report maintenance issues to management

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred:

• Housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work indoors and occasionally outdoors
