The ServiceNow Development Services (SNDS) team is seeking an Information Technology Associate to help support and enhance CalPERS' enterprise ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will work with business and technical teams to design, develop, configure, and support solutions that streamline business processes, improve service delivery, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

As a member of the SNDS team, you will contribute to application development, workflow automation, system administration, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements while supporting critical services used by employees throughout CalPERS. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise, and help shape the future of digital service delivery at CalPERS.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
