Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer
Our client is looking for a mid-level ServiceNow Developer for a year long contract. The ServiceNow Technical expert/Developer. The contractor shall provide ongoing assistance to the IT Service Management team with configuration and development needs with ServiceNow ITSM tool set.
Responsibilities:
Randstad’s Contractors will perform the following tasks in support of the services:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow configuration, including creating custom modules, fields, forms, and UI policies to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly, allowing for the development of advanced functionalities and complex integrations.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) utilizing ServiceNow to optimize incident, problem, change, and request catalog management.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and notifications to automate tasks and enforce business processes.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques, enabling seamless connections with third-party applications, APIs, and data sources.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships with stakeholders, end-users, and development teams.
