You’ll work directly with agency partners and internal stakeholders to grow awareness, generate leads, and support the success of our growing network of clinics. What You’ll Do Lead and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and display platforms Strategize and implement on-site and off-site SEO tactics with internal teams and agency partners Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on results, and drive continuous improvement Manage, update, and optimize content for elitedna.com and elitednacareers.com Support new clinic launches and clinics in need of strategic lift with targeted digital plans Align digital strategy with brand, marketing, and operational goals across the organization Conduct competitive and industry research to inform campaign strategy Track and reconcile media budgets and agency retainers Deliver clear, data-driven reports to internal teams and leadership What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO strategy Proven success managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display campaigns Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or GSC Excellent analytical, copywriting, and organizational skills Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva), CRM platforms, and project management systems Must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be comfortable working on-site Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field We’re one of the fastest-growing mental health providers in Florida, committed to improving access to care.
