About the job Talent Coordinator
Are you a high-energy, detail-oriented professional ready to accelerate your career in talent acquisition?
- Candidate Experience & ATS Management: Own the candidate pipeline in Ashby-tracking progress, sending timely follow-ups, collecting feedback, and ensuring impeccable data accuracy.
- Interview Logistics: Master the calendar. You will coordinate interview loops and schedule complex panels across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- External Partner Coordination: Manage ongoing relationships and communications with external partners, including outsourcers and recruiting agencies.
- Operations & Reporting: Support the offer process, generate recruiting reports, and build out internal process documentation.
- Scaling Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants (EAs) to coordinate candidate work trials and other logistical needs as the team expands.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR admin, or fast-paced operational support role.
- The Startup Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a high sense of urgency, and view ambiguity as an opportunity to build structure.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern recruiting and scheduling tools. Experience with Ashby, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You will be the face of the company to candidates and external partners alike.
- Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary.
