Shifts Currently Available (Rotating weekends as needed) Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM What We’re Looking For 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (home services or emergency services a plus) Prior dispatch experience (residential/emergency services) is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (we will train the right person!) Strong communication and active listening skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented Team-focused mindset with a desire to grow High school diploma or equivalent required What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on.
