Shifts Currently Available Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM What We’re Looking For One or more years of customer service experience preferred; home services or emergency services experience is a plus Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus, but we will train the right person Strong communication and active-listening skills Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow High school diploma or equivalent required What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on. You will: Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support Manage a high volume of calls confidently and efficiently Communicate with technicians and internal teams to support smooth service delivery Provide timely updates and help resolve customer concerns Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions Identify opportunities to recommend services that provide additional value Learn our services inside and out so you can become a trusted customer resource Compensation and Growth Base Pay: $17–$25 per hour, depending on experience Incentive Bonuses: Earn additional compensation based on performance Realistic Annual Earnings: $40,000–$70,000 Clear opportunities for advancement—we believe in promoting from within This is more than a standard hourly position.
