The Kenny Kousakais Farmers Insurance Agency in Arizona City, Arizona is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of an agency.

You’ll play an important role in servicing our existing customers while also identifying opportunities to improve coverage, cross-sell additional products, and generate new business.

In addition to $20.00 per hour, this position offers the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional, responsive service to existing Farmers Insurance customers
• Answer questions regarding policies, billing, coverage, and account changes
• Process policy changes and assist customers with their insurance needs
• Conduct policy reviews and identify potential coverage gaps
• Cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products when appropriate
• Follow up with customers, prospects, and agency leads
• Assist with customer retention and renewal efforts
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within agency systems
• Support day-to-day agency operations
• Work closely with the agency owner and team to achieve service, retention, and sales goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Arizona Property Casualty license
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Life Health license is a plus
• Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities
• Coachable and motivated to grow professionally
