Art Therapist - Contracted Associate
Mosaic Therapy Services, LLC
Mosaic Therapy Services LLC is seeking experienced, Maryland-licensed art therapists to join our collaborative team! About You Candidates must be trauma-informed and licensed in Maryland (LCPAT). We will consider a LGPAT with previous private practice experience or close to completing their post-grad supervised hours. Ideal candidates are willing to work with children, adolescents, and adults in person at our art-friendly office suite in Kensington, MD, as well as via telehealth when needed. About Mosaic Therapy Services Mosaic Therapy Services is a thriving group practice, sought out and respected in the community for specializing in art therapy and trauma healing. Our team includes experienced art therapists, art therapy educators, supervisors, published authors, and presenters at national conferences. Team members are supported and encouraged to nurture their areas of special interest and have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients eager to engage in therapy and trauma healing. And to increase accessibility to those who need it the most, we are in‑network with a major insurance carrier and will work with clients not in‑network to obtain a network exemption or provide sliding scale services. About the Position This is a contracted (1099) non‑benefited position suited for clinicians who enjoy working independently and focusing on spending time with clients rather than the details of running a business. We offer perks unique to other contractor‑based practices, and even some employer‑based ones! Hybrid Flexibility – while the majority of our clients prefer in‑person services at our conveniently located Kensington office, we also provide statewide telehealth services. Administrative Support – we have a dedicated administrative team to handle billing, insurance, marketing, credentialing, and most administrative tasks, leaving more time to focus on what matters – your clients! Community & Support – we are a supportive team of passionate clinicians (no isolation!) who speak your language – the language of art therapy – and are invested in your success. Meaningful Work – build a consistent and robust caseload that excites you and allows for deep, meaningful clinical work without burnout! Scheduling Independence – create your own schedule, limited only by client need and your availability – you choose when and how long to take time off! Competitive Compensation – we offer a generous compensation rate and incentives with FT work to offset the costs of professional development, liability insurance, licensing renewal, healthcare, and more! Consistent Income – we are sought after in the community and have a steady stream of clients eager to work with our team; your schedule (and income) can be as robust as you choose! Enviable Resources – you will have access to a warm and welcoming, art‑friendly, brightly lit therapy suite with large windows in every room and plentiful, high‑quality art supplies. Collaboration & Connection – not only do we offer regular and free case consultation (which count as Category B CECs), but social/team‑building events, ensuring your journey is not just about work, but thriving personally and professionally! #J-18808-Ljbffr Mosaic Therapy Services, LLC
