Government Contracts Associate

BCG Attorney Search

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Government Contracts Associate to join their practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in government contracts and/or grants, with expertise in areas such as FAR and DFARS requirements, the Uniform Guidance, and related investigations. Duties Advise clients on FAR and DFARS requirements. Conduct investigations involving government contracts or grants. Handle False Claims Act actions and bid protests. Resolve prime/subcontractor disputes. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Law firm, government, or clerking experience preferred. Education Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant bar. Skills Excellent communication and analytical skills.
