Foster Care Family Case Manager - Reunification & Support

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Family Specialist to coordinate comprehensive case management for youth and families, ensuring safety, permanency and well-being. Schedule 8:30AM-5PM with some evenings; flexible based on case needs and travel to homes and communities. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment and discharge plans, and collaborate with care teams to support reunification and permanency resources.
