Loan Documentation Specialist

Under limited supervision, the Loan Closer - SFR with PlainsCapital Bank assists in processing daily Single-Family Residence loan documentation requests by tracking the loan pipeline. Responsibilities include preparing early disclosures, ordering flood certificates, title work, appraisals, and appraisal reviews as needed. Works with title companies to ensure HUD and/or Closing Disclosure (CD) statements are completed accurately and reviews/approves them. Verifies that loans are closed according to regulatory and loan policy standards and ensures all requests are fulfilled within designated guidelines. Orders and reviews loan documents and funds loans. This position supports Commercial and Consumer Single Family Residence loan closings. #J-18808-Ljbffr PlainsCapital Bank
