Loan Processing Support Specialist

Pay Rate: Up to $29.63/hr (DOE) Duration: 12-Month Contract Must have a working home computer/laptop Overview Seeking an experienced Loan Processing Support Specialist to maintain pipeline health and ensure workflow continuity across the mortgage origination lifecycle. This role partners with Mortgage Specialists and internal teams to resolve exceptions, remove bottlenecks, and drive loans efficiently through processing, closing, and funding. Requirements 5+ years of loan processing experience Strong knowledge of mortgage operations and loan lifecycle Experience managing complex pipelines and resolving cross-functional issues Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and ability to influence without authority Experience with Initial Disclosures, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, compliance, or complex loans preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lenmar Consulting Inc
