Territory Indian River County and surrounding areas Why You’ll Love This Role Work independently in a field based role with flexibility and autonomy Develop strong, long lasting relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers Be part of a team focused, collaborative, and fun work environment Drive meaningful impact for patients while achieving admission goals Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and grow a network of referral sources within your assigned territory Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate referrals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process for new clients Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, home care experience preferred Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive, team oriented attitude with a commitment to collaboration and professional excellence Detail Oriented Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Flexibility Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Education High School or better.
