Payroll Administrator Oak Brook, IL, US $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly Payroll Administrator Under the direction of the Payroll Lead, the Payroll Administrator provides day-to-day payroll and timekeeping support to LAUNCH contract employees, with a primary focus on assisting employees with ADP Time & Attendance. This entry-level position serves as a resource for timecard questions, time entry issues, and general payroll-related inquiries while helping ensure employee time s submitted accurately and on schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a primary point of contact for contract employees needing assistance with ADP Time & Attendance Assist employees with questions related to entering, reviewing, correcting, and submitting timecards Troubleshoot basic timekeeping issues and ***?** Monitor timecard submissions and follow up with employees regarding missing, incomplete, or inaccurate time entries Assist with identifying and resolving timecard discrepancies prior to payroll processing deadlines Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping questions in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner Provide guidance to new contract employees on timekeeping expectations and processes Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping records and documentation Assist the payroll team with data entry, reporting, audits, and other administrative tasks as needed Support payroll deadlines by helping ensure required timekeeping information is received and complete Protect confidential employee and payroll information Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Highly organized individual who works well in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize projects Ability to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team Customer-service oriented Computer savvy and comfortable learning new technologies with ease Ability to proactively anticipate the needs of others and the business Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Strong attention to detail and accuracy High School Degree required; Associates Degree preferred Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work around payroll deadlines Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions
