Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong skills in pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
• Experience in healthcare or school settings delivering SLP services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Passion for collaborative work with educators, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups
• Monitor and document progress toward student goals
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary school teams
• Provide guidance and resources to support classroom integration
