Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in pediatric and/or schools-based SLP settings
- Current state licensure or the ability to obtain one before start date
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to design and implement therapy plans tailored for diverse student needs
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication disorders
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions individually or in small groups
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress notes
- Engage with families and school personnel regarding student progress and strategies
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional learning
