Forklift Mechanic

Now hiring Forklift Mechanics for a manufacturing company in Minerva.

Afternoon and Evening shifts are available.

Weekly pay starting at $18 per hour, but could be more depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues on forklifts and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty parts, including brakes, steering systems, engines, and transmissions.
• Troubleshoot propane, diesel, gas, and electric-powered forklifts.
• Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls as needed.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience performing maintenance on forklifts.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to problem-solve.
