Practice Manager II

Practice Manager The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of services. Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership, the Practice Manager assumes a leadership role in planning, developing, and implementing programs and services which support the mission, vision, and strategic direction. Provides practice management for a large and/or multiple practices, sometimes in multiple locations, typically supporting 8 to 20 providers and a support staff to exceed 50 or more employees. Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial, quality, and patient satisfaction improvement. Independently identifies needs, plans, and successfully works within practice budgets. Assume accountability for overall planning, coordination, and delivery of services. Collaborate with physician operations leadership on program development and implementation. Manage multiple practices across one or more locations, supporting 8–20 providers and over 50 staff members. Drive proactive operational excellence initiatives for financial, quality, and patient satisfaction improvements. Identify needs, create plans, and manage within practice budgets. Qualifications Applicable experience: 3–5 years in practice management or related field. Bachelor's degree.
