The inventory analyst is responsible for multiple inventory management processes including inventory accountability, induction, in-place shipments, and review of material management processes. In addition, this role is responsible for resolving inventory system-related issues and research efforts to resolve discrepancies. This is a highly collaborative role that will partner with production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning and other operational organizations. This position is offered in the following locations: Andover, MA Manchester, NH What You Will Do Decision making founded on MRP/ERP principles. Develop and implement continuous improvement of standard logistics processes within warehouse operations and related functions. Perform a variety of tasks and transactions related to the incoming and outgoing of materials, products and/or equipment within the inventory system. Build relationships and communication platforms with customers, internal and external, to ensure objectives and commitments are being met. Process inventory records that affect physical counts and inventory balances within SAP. Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions. Ensure execution and continuous improvement of standard processes and participate in process improvement teams. Regularly generate and report on system health metrics. Troubleshoot system transaction errors and take appropriate corrective action. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience with either Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing. Experience with inventory data. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
