Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through phone, email, and other communication channels. Present and promote American Express products and solutions to meet client needs. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Participate in regular sales training, team meetings, and professional development initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
