DIRECTOR of CORPORATE FINANCE

GNR has been retained to identify a DIRECTOR of CORPORATE FINANCE for a well-established & growing Aerospace, Defense & Commercial MANUFACTURING organization in the Phoenix, AZ region.

We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced “hands-on” finance leader with strong experience managing MANUFACTURING financial requirements .

• This role offers high visibility , reporting directly to the Corporate CFO, you will manage all financials across MULTIPLE SITES within the US .
• Collaborating with the Executive team and site Leaders, you will assess the company's financials: streamline & restructure processes and practices, analyze costs & rates, operational finances, budget forecasting, audits, risk assessment etc.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• STRONG MANUFACTURING FINANCE & ACCOUNTING experience is REQUIRED
• MULTI-SITE responsibilities to analyze Cost & Rate structures, Inventory costs, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks, Process & Procedure improvements
• Collaborative leadership style to effectively communicate & advise Executive team on financial findings.
• Ensure consistency of financial reporting from all company sites.
• Drive month end, quarterly & year end closings, ensure GAAP compliance (audits & taxes), cash/lender reporting/debt covenants.
• BS / MS / MBA with over 10+ years of experience
• US Citizenship

NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS if you have: DoD/Gov’t programs - FAR/DFAR - M&A - CPA / CMA
