What to Expect The Operational Lead, Collision Estimatics at Tesla leverages deep industry knowledge from insurance or collision sectors to establish and maintain the gold standard for estimate writing, ensuring fairness and accuracy. This role focuses on standard operating procedures for Collision estimating, including system flow, understanding repair times and collision operations, and driving operational excellence through expertise in management and estimating systems. This position will sit in Fremont, CA or Austin, TX.
