Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Option 2:
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Overview
A-Line Staffing is seeking a customer-focused Bilingual Banking Representative (Spanish/English) to help clients achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service and recommending banking products and solutions that best meet their needs.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in banking, financial services, call centers, retail sales, customer service, or telephone sales. Successful candidates enjoy building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping clients find solutions that improve their financial well-being.

Responsibilities
Build and strengthen customer relationships through exceptional service
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
Open and maintain checking and savings accounts
Discuss and assist with credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loan products
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Educate customers on available banking solutions
Make referrals to specialized banking partners when appropriate
Quote rates, terms, and banking programs
Maintain compliance with banking policies and procedures
Utilize technology and available resources to deliver a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)
Minimum 1 year of sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Ability to work weekends and scheduled holidays as required
Comfortable receiving coaching, feedback, and ongoing training
