Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Shop Hands to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining shop organization, supporting daily operations, and ensuring safe and efficient loading of materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be local. No company housing provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Assist with material handling and inventory organization
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support team members with general shop duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience operating a forklift preferred (certification is a plus)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Work Schedule
Day & Evening Shifts Available! Work hours will vary based on operational needs. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
