Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative to support technology-focused product launches at key customer accounts in the Miami area. The role involves training surgical teams on robotic systems, managing account onboarding, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clinical support and educational programs.

Responsibilities

Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption and support
Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and related technologies
Partner with Technology Solutions Manager to onboard new accounts and provide clinical support
Support technology upgrades and maintain administrative documentation
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred
Minimum 3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
Proven track record of achieving strong results

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base + $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
