Field Service Technican

We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to provide on‑site service, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for conveyor belt systems at customer facilities across the region. Why this role stands out Travel‑based field service work — no two days are the same Preventative maintenance focus, not just emergency repairs Direct customer interaction and visible impact Strong support team, training, and safety‑first culture Career growth in a stable, growing company What you'll do Perform on‑site service, inspections, and preventative maintenance on conveyor belt systems Fabricate, install, splice, and repair conveyor belts and components Identify wear issues early and recommend maintenance solutions to prevent downtime Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely Accurately measure, cut, and assemble belting materials per work orders Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding service findings Maintain service documentation and follow safety procedures at all times Travel regularly, including overnight stays, as needed What we're looking for 1+ year of experience in field service, maintenance, or hands‑on mechanical work Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read tape measures and basic mechanical drawings Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to travel, work overtime, and weekends as needed Valid driver’s license with clean driving record OSHA 10 and Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Previous conveyor belt or industrial maintenance experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.
