Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative to handle inbound calls from technicians and provide timely, accurate information while delivering exceptional client service in a fully remote role. You will work Monday-Friday with CST hours, including weekend coverage as described, and you will upsell products and services when appropriate, while maintaining logs and data across systems.
