Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 4-day workweek- 32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time is considered full-time. Option for 3-day work for those with interest.
• Primary Care: No Obstetric, No Inpatient, and No Call responsibilities
• Collaborative Environment: Practice in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model focused on evidence-based care, access, and strong coordination across disciplines
• Strong emphasis on work-life balance : Average 16 ppd and focus on quality care, not RVUs

Financials & Benefits

• Compensation : Starting salary of 255,000, negotiable based on experience, with a retention bonus available.

• Loan Repayment/Forgiveness : Eligible for both state and federal loan programs.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. A Family Medicine residency is preferred, though Internal Medicine residency-trained physicians with community health or primary care experience will be considered.
• Licensure : Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Vermont.
