Requirements:

• 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency).
• Current, unrestricted Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Active DEA registration or eligibility.
• Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Athena preferred.
