Wisconsin Heavy Fabrication IES Infrastructure Solutions Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Maintenance Manager Location: Manitowoc, WI Summary: The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and repair of machines and facility to ensure production needs are met. Responsibilities: Install and dismantle equipment Change out weld power supplies Exchange bevellers for service Change flux handling equipment Swap trunnions for repair Change out VFD/transformers Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment (mobile and stationary) Do basic repairs on equipment Perform basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, changing light bulbs and filters) Record downtime, repair, and PM time in FIIX Removing items from inventory in FIIX Complete assigned tasks with minimal assistance Independent and efficient operation most yard equipment for repairs and safe transportation of equipment Perform daily inspection of rigging and mobile equipment Perform proper rigging techniques with assistance Actively support all EHS and continuous improvement initiatives Job Locations US-WI-Manitowoc Company Overview IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services to a variety of end markets, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and renewable energy markets.
