In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the business, including:

• Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing flooring in our retail showroom

• Providing excellent customer service and product guidance

• Cutting and preparing carpet and flooring orders

• Helping with warehouse organization and daily cleanup

• Assisting with deliveries and at-home drop-offs

• Supporting general shop operations as needed

• Maintain professional working image

retail showroom. This is a well-rounded position where no two days are the same. Our team of about 8
employees works closely together, and everyone shares responsibility across all areas of the business.

Joe’s Carpet Service has proudly been in business since 1980 and continues to serve the Downriver and surrounding areas in Southeast Michigan for 40+ years.
