Administrative Assistant

Job Duties

This office position performs clerical and receptionist work such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers.

The open position is in the City Clerk's office and will be responsible for office inquiries, transit inquiries and required reporting, filing official City records, assisting with elections, and business licensing. A quality candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft applications including Suite, Teams, and One Drive. Database experience and knowledge of accounting practices is desired.
