As a Service Champion, you'll be the friendly face at the counter or drive-thru, greeting guests, taking orders, and making sure every customer walks away with a smile. What You'll Do as a Service Champion:
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm, friendliness, and respect
- Take customer orders with speed and accuracy-whether at the register, kiosk, or drive-thru
- Process payments and provide correct change
- Answer questions and resolve guest concerns in a positive, helpful way
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Work together with your team to ensure a smooth and fast-paced shift
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Live Taco Bell's values of teamwork, positivity, and pride in what you do
What We're Looking For: If you're energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering awesome service, this could be the perfect opportunity. You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are at least 16 years old
- Have dependable transportation
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Have strong communication and multitasking skills
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Are comfortable using a cash register and making change
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Love working with others and helping guests
- Are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a winning team
