Bartender (Full-Time)

Job Title

This is a Tipped Position.

Responsibilities

• Crabs Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Restaurant is open year-round.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, nights.
• Must work minimum of 50 hours a week to qualify for salary.
• Hourly is an option.
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Process payment from customers.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils.
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
• Inventory, ordering, control and management of complete bar and liquor.
• Must keep records of usage every day.
• Must be able to work at least 45-50 hours per week.
• Mature, responsible, and be able to pass drug test.
• Key holder security background check.
• Responsible for all ordering of beer, wine and liquor.
• Responsible for picking up liquor at ABC store when promised.
• Following and maintaining training of all ABC laws for new employees.
• Training bartenders and servers on beer, wine and liquor knowledge.
