Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Part-Time

~15 Visits/Week to Start | Flexible Schedule | Early Intervention Daybreak Developmental Therapy is a growing pediatric occupational therapy practice serving babies, toddlers, and their families throughout the East Bay. We are looking for a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a COTA who loves pediatrics and wants flexibility, autonomy, an established caseload, and simple documentation without the administrative burden that can come with larger healthcare organizations. Responsibilities: Provide individualized occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and established plan of care; collaborate with parents and caregivers in the child's natural environment; communicate regularly with the supervising OT regarding progress, concerns, and treatment needs; and complete brief, timely treatment documentation using our streamlined documentation system. Qualifications: Current California Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure by anticipated start date Graduate of an accredited OTA program Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with babies, toddlers, and families Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Schedule: Part-time with approximately 15 visits per week available to start , with the opportunity to grow. Scheduling is highly flexible and can be arranged around your availability and preferred geographic areas. Compensation: $60-$70 per completed visit, depending on experience.
