We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to become a part of our team! You will coordinate non medical and ADL activities in  Senior living organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ADL and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate Medication management
• Work collaboratively with physician and Nurse to implement appropriate care plan
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce care policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
